The Cries of Children

Or is it the petty complaints of politicians running for office?  I’m pretty peeved over this silliness over gubernatorial candidates bolting from debates as if they’re poisonous.  Democracy is a farce if we cannot get as much information as possible about the candidates we’re voting for.  We need them to face the tough questions and we need to be able to compare and contrast them side-by-side.  The most effective for us as voters is debates.  ‘Course, debates are seen as bad by many campaigns (particularly incumbants’) because it might show their candidate is bad.  Well, if they’re a bad candidate, we the people should know that.  Why should we vote for anyone that is refusing to debate?  We shouldn’t.  Don’t support their manipulations of our votes.
